The recently established European franchisee for Walt Disney content aimed at 8-14 year-olds had a two-fold aim. It needed to demonstrate its business credentials and show it knew what today's kids want.

Its Annual Review had to satisfy regulatory requirements, but the document also had to demonstrate to its primary shareholder, the Walt Disney organisation that a separately owned business added value to the Jetix brand.



The Annual Review features Jetix Europe's cartoon characters as the stars. They epitomise the six aspects of the corporate strategy in a series of high impact, double page spreads.

Headlines are backed up with inset text describing each strategic objective in more detail. The operating review reports factual information in more measured terms. The CEO's statement bridges the gap with a report drawing on his experiences as both a father and a business leader.
